I finished my whole30 1 week ago today and I am still going strong through the reintroduction process. Taking my time to reintroduce foods one at a time. I lost 10 pounds total in the 30 days and am really excited about that. The detoxification process is really pretty amazing and I would strongly encourage everyone to challenge themselves and their discipline. I strongly recommending buying the book to use as a guide throughout the process. I have reintroduced alcohol and tried a gluten free beer and my body seems to tolerate it. I tried to reintroduce soy and beans (hummus) and I am definitely intolerant to both. So I will be permanently removing those two items from my diet. Next to try will be non gluten grains.
